WHAT IS SCHOOL ESAFETY?

Together with MC Ware, HD Forensics can provide the Education sector with a full forensics solution. As well as providing an E-Safety solution to help protect children on the internet from unwanted and harmful material, we can also provide help to parents and teachers, advising them in useful internet practice for children.

Using a unique combination of the Sonicwall Premium Content Filter and a custom written Forensic Computing program that studies the existing network for Internet Trends. Security Manager Series (CSM), is an appliance-based gateway security and content filtering solution that integrates real-time gateway anti-virus, anti-spyware and intrusion prevention to deliver maximum network protection from today's sophisticated Internet threats.

In addition to the content filtering services offered, HD Foreniscs staff will help to train teachers, students and parents on the topic of "Using the E-Safety to protect students, staff and parents". This training will help adults realise the threat to children on the internet and give advise on spotting tell tale signs of this threat. We will cover everything from dangerous websites to Instant Messaging and E-Mail, each of which carries its own different dangers to children.
